There have been a lot of changes at Badger Magnetics recently. Mag‑Con Engineering has merged the recently acquired Sub‑Tronics and Nicollet Technologies product lines into our Minnesota facility.
Badger Transformer has merged the recently acquired Transformers Inc. product lines into our Wisconsin facility. The Wisconsin location has also taken on all the products for the Nicollet oil‑field markets.
With the recent acquisitions and the multitude of company names: Badger Transformer, Mag‑Con Engineering, Sub‑Tronics, Nicollet Technologies and Transformers Inc., we have created one company name to encompass all of our capabilities, Badger Magnetics. One company name to best serve our customers.
